Apply to the 2024-2025 CSAE Board of Directors and Board Committees
Applications are being currently accepted for positions on CSAE’s Board of Directors as well as on a number of Board committees. The Board, made up of highly-qualified directors from varied backgrounds, benefits from the contribution of different perspectives and experiences to promote better corporate governance. CSAE embraces diversity and inclusion and is committed to building an organization that represents a variety of identities, backgrounds, perspectives and abilities. Board Committee Members In addition to Board openings, opportunities exist to lend your voice and expertise to one of CSAE’s Board committees, which directly support the work of the Board.
We are currently seeking volunteers for the following standing committees:
Governance Committee (2 vacancies): The principal responsibility of the Governance Committee is to identify, promote and discharge functions designed to ensure CSAE is governing with excellence and complying with legislation and regulations that apply to it.
Finance & Audit Committee (1 vacancy): The principal responsibility of the Finance & Audit Committee is to provide financial expertise; along with internal and external oversight to support the fiduciary responsibilities of the Board of Directors.
Nominating Committee (2 vacancies): The Nominating Committee is accountable to the Board Development Committee and is responsible for the recruitment and screening of candidates interested in election to the Board of Directors, including the presentation of a Recommended Slate of Nominees, and for the recruitment and screening of committee member applications to the Board’s standing committees to ensure that CSAE is governed with excellence and vision.
