CSAE wants to leverage our collective knowledge and experience to foster the success of the sector on the EDI path. Whether you have yet to begin, or are well on your way in your efforts, come join with other association leaders for an exclusive EDI roundtable facilitated by CSAE’s president and CEO, Tracy Folkes Hanson, CAE. This roundtable is free of charge.
Participating CEOs/Executive Directors will share:
- what you’re already doing to foster EDI at your association
- what you’re hoping to undertake into the future
- resources you’d recommend that have been helpful to you on your EDI journey
Tracy Folkes Hanson, CAE, is the president and CEO of CSAE, where she takes pride in providing strategic leadership through positive engagement, continuous improvement and a member-driven approach. Tracy is committed to fostering an environment of equity, inclusion and diversity in her association and sharing her learnings with the association sector to help support others. Tracy has held senior positions for leading brands in the private and non-profit sectors, including the Ontario Chamber of Commerce, Whitby Chamber of Commerce, MasterCard International, Kinark Child & Family Services and The Arthritis Society. A passionate advocate for vibrant communities, Tracy continues to actively serve on numerous boards and committees, and was also elected to the Whitby Town Council in 2010 as the North Ward Councillor. She has received the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal, the MasterCard International President’s Award, and has been recognized by Strategy Magazine as one of the 50 most influential marketers in Canada. Tracy is a champion of people, most especially her family.
