    Coffee & Conversation, presented by CSAE Manitoba, is a virtual networking event featuring facilitated conversation about a specific topic relevant to current member needs. Held monthly on the third Wednesday of every month at 2 pm, these virtual conversations are the perfect opportunity for both members and non-members from Manitoba to discuss, connect and exchange.

    This initiative is free for both members and non-members.


    This session will focus on association marketing plans and how they have been adapted to keep your organization well recognized.

    The discussion will include:

    • Establishing and evaluating your marketing plan
    • Adjusting the plan to fit current times
    • Reaching out beyond your organization
    • Who to involve in association marketing plans
    • Evaluation of your organization’s marketing strategy

    Coralee has been a member of the Strauss team for over 15 years, working her way from event manager to association manager. Coralee’s completion of the Certified Association Executive (CAE) program in 2020 truly demonstrates her excellence and dedication to supporting association success.


    Coralee utilizes her leadership skills to provide expert guidance to boards and to achieve measurable outcomes for her many national and provincial association clients. She is focused on delivering positive experiences and ROI to members. She is always looking for the most effective strategies for association clients and works hard to ensure that an association’s vision, mission, and values are always at the forefront. Coralee’s excellent communication and organizational skills reassure members, committee members, association staff and board members that their association operations will run in a smooth and efficient manner.

    Coralee believes that the key to succeeding as an Executive Director is having great communication skills, being a strong leader and acting on the desire to continue learning through professional development courses and sessions.

    Coralee has a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Winnipeg which explains her passion for fitness and health. She is often found exercising along the river or running up and down the building stairwells during her lunch hours. Coralee enjoys reading, beach vacations, and spending time with her family.
