    Association Resiliency: Share your story
COVID-19 has posed challenges for many associations in ways never before experienced. Yet, amidst difficult circumstances, our members have stepped up and shown strength, creativity, endurance and an indomitable spirit. Have you introduced new value to members in a unique way? Have you successfully transitioned an important event or your AGM to a virtual platform? Have you done something unique to stay connected with your employee team, board or volunteers while physical distancing? CSAE wants to celebrate these victories! If you have a story to share, contact penny@csae.com.

    MEMBERSHIP SPOTLIGHT

    Jennifer Beatty
    Rejoined in 2019

I am thrilled to be back representing Meetings + Conventions Calgary as their director of business development in the international and Ottawa markets. I originally joined CSAE in 2009 and was a member until 2016. I rejoined the CSAE community to continue my education and understanding of the not-for-profit sector to gain a clear grasp of the challenges and successes association executives face within the current economy, which allows Calgary to support our Canadian associations better.

CSAE members and the organization’s opportunities for networking have not only been beneficial in the growth of business prospects for Calgary, but they have also allowed a deeper connection of business relationships within the community.
