The Pulse: Surveys & Articles
1. Survey Results: The impact of COVID-19 on membership, financial viability and staffing
Conducted in partnership with The Portage Group, the first Pulse survey was designed to track the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the Canadian association sector. We are pleased to share the findings here, based on the responses of 372 Canadian associations and other not-for-profit organizations between April 29 and May 8, 2020. This report focuses on the impact of COVID-19 on membership, financial viability and staffing. Read more.

I have been facilitating the CSAE Governance Forum and I decided recently to become a full member of CSAE. Associations at this time need to share insights and leverage each others’ strengths to survive and thrive in this dramatic time of change. CSAE is an ideal forum to convene those interactions and facilitate positive impact for associations and our society.
