    Membership Spotlight

Deepy Sur | Ontario Association for Social Workers

My name is Deepy Sur, and I am the CEO at the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW), where we represent the social work profession across Ontario. As part of my leadership journey at OASW, I have been cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

I joined CSAE to connect with a diverse range of executives working in similar organizations across the country. It was particularly beneficial to consult with other leaders as we navigated the pandemic to support our staff and members. The multiple ways to learn from others have been invaluable, whether it be deep discussions over Zoom, attending the many webinars offered, or contributing to Associations Connect. CSAE is an important resource not just for me, but also for the senior leaders in our organization who collaborate with other associations.
