CSAE and Sidecar Partner to Accelerate AI Learning for Canadian Association Professionals
CSAE today announced a strategic partnership with Sidecar to provide CSAE members with enhanced artificial intelligence learning resources tailored specifically to the association sector.
As the pace of technological change accelerates, members have expressed a strong interest in gaining AI-related knowledge and tools that will help them lead innovation, strengthen member value, and enhance operational excellence.
Through this partnership, CSAE members will have access to Sidecar’s AI Learning Hub — an on-demand platform with courses, practical examples, and certification pathways designed for association professionals. This includes content on AI strategy, implementation, prompt creation, and workflows relevant to communications, marketing, events, and member experiences. Members will also be able to pursue the Association AI Professional (AAiP) certification — validating both foundational understanding and applied capability with AI in association contexts.
“Association professionals are navigating unprecedented change. AI presents tremendous opportunities, but only if our leaders and teams have the knowledge and confidence to use it well,” said Tracy Folkes Hanson, CAE, President & CEO of CSAE. “This partnership with Sidecar is a clear response to our members’ needs. It brings practical, sector-specific learning that empowers professionals at all levels of the association to apply AI responsibly and strategically.”
CSAE represents the association community in Canada by uniting professionals with shared resources, peer-to-peer learning, and sector leadership. Members benefit from continuous development opportunities, networking across disciplines and regions, and access to tools and education that support career growth and organizational impact. The Sidecar partnership builds on that legacy with AI learning designed for today’s challenges and tomorrow’s opportunities.
The partnership is effective from March 3. CSAE will share details soon on accessing the Sidecar AI Learning Hub and how to take advantage of this member benefit.
