• Looking to the Future: CSAE Announces Host Cities for Next Five Annual Conferences 

    CSAE is thrilled to announce the locations and dates for its next five Annual Conferences, bringing together association professionals and business partners from across the country to connect, learn, and celebrate excellence in association leadership. 

    Each year, CSAE’s Annual Conference offers an unparalleled opportunity for learning, networking, and inspiration, empowering Canada’s association community to lead with purpose and impact. The upcoming lineup features a dynamic mix of host cities, showcasing the best of Canada’s regions and offering attendees memorable experiences both inside and outside the conference venue. 

    Here’s where we’ll be gathering over the next five years: 

    • 2026 – St. John’s, Newfoundland 
      October 27–30, 2026 
      Get ready to experience the warmth and charm of Atlantic Canada. With its colourful row houses, coastal beauty, and lively hospitality, St. John’s will offer a truly unforgettable backdrop for CSAE’s 2026 Annual Conference. 
    • 2027 – Hamilton, Ontario 
      October 19–22, 2027 
      Known for its vibrant arts scene and revitalized downtown, Hamilton will welcome attendees with a mix of innovation and community spirit. This conference will highlight the evolving landscape of associations in a city that’s redefining its future. 
    • 2028 – Québec City, Québec 
      October 17–20, 2028 
      Steeped in history and French-Canadian culture, Québec City will host a two-day conference in the heart of one of Canada’s most picturesque destinations. Expect engaging content paired with old-world charm and culinary excellence. 
    • 2029 – Calgary, Alberta 
      October 16–19, 2029 
      Set against the stunning backdrop of the Rockies, Calgary’s energy and entrepreneurial spirit will fuel a high-impact conference experience designed to inspire leadership and innovation across Canada’s association sector. 
    • 2030 – Ottawa, Ontario 
      November 5–8, 2030 
      We’ll return to the nation’s capital for a grand gathering of association professionals from coast to coast. Ottawa will serve as the perfect setting to reflect on a decade of progress and look ahead to the future of associations in Canada.
