• CSAE Announces Webinar on New Labour Mobility Legislation and Its Impact on Associations

    Toronto, ON — December 1, 2025

CSAE is pleased to announce an upcoming webinar designed to help association leaders understand and prepare for Ontario’s As of Right labour mobility framework, taking effect in January 2026. This significant national shift aims to streamline credential recognition for professionals moving across provinces and territories – an evolution with major implications for regulatory bodies, professional associations and the members they serve.

The session will examine how the legislation supports seamless worker mobility, reduces administrative barriers and sets a new Canadian benchmark for recognizing out-of-province credentials. Despite clear policy direction, organizations continue to face challenges such as manual verification processes, fragmented systems and complex compliance requirements.

Participants will hear from AATO and its partner, Credivera, who have collaborated with ministries, regulators and associations to integrate credential validation with existing infrastructures, making each credential secure, tamper-evident and verifiable at its source. Their experience offers practical insight into how associations can align with the new framework and enhance efficiency for their members.

This webinar will equip association leaders with:

    • A clear understanding of the As of Right legislation
    • Real-world examples of how associations are adapting
    • Strategies to improve credential recognition and compliance processes

CSAE invites association professionals and regulatory leaders across Canada to attend this timely and informative session.
