If your event is recurring, please submit only one form. A line is included to allow you to provide the schedule of all the upcoming sessions. Please submit the event application at least 6 weeks in advance for virtual events and at least 10 weeks in advance for in-person events.
A CSAE staff member will reach out once the event has been posted on the website to allow for a final review before we launch marketing.
