Refresh and Reset your Day: Mental Health Awareness for Young Professionals

Come and join CSAE Young Professional Committee’s first event, “Refresh and Reset Your Day: Mental Health Awareness for Young Professionals“!
Many of us have to work from home and are feeling overwhelmed or even experiencing burnout. The purpose of this event is to provide Young Professionals tips and tricks to have a work-life balance and continue to thrive and succeed.
This event consists of three parts, each part 20 minutes long:
- Yoga/Mindfulness video session,
- Guest speaker session,
- Networking session.
The event starts with a yoga/mindfulness session to help you to relax and improve focus. Dr. Judi Malone, Chief Executive Officer at the Psychologists Association of Alberta will then talk about how to achieve a work-life balance. A networking session is followed for you to connect and discuss your experience on workplace mental health as community support.
