    What We Will Talk About

Recent research indicates that 52% of Canadians who previously worked in an office are now working at home.  Organizations have perceived a myriad of effects from the shift, both positive and negative.  These have ranged from increased productivity and employee satisfaction to decreased engagement and communication challenges.  With a very tight market for talent and retention challenges across sectors, employers are facing a daunting task in deciding the optimal Future of Work for their organization.  This session will explore options available to organizations for remote or hybrid work structures along with both the benefits and drawbacks of each model.  We will then discuss the implications for leadership, culture, and organizational growth.

    Key Themes:

Various models of hybrid and remote work with the benefits and challenges of each

Key considerations in choosing the best model for your organization

Ensuring equity in your hybrid or remote workforce

Key Success Factors:  Trust, Connection, Leadership, and Performance Management

    Maintaining a strong organizational culture

Additional steps to ensure career development in WFH employees
