    What We Will Talk About

Micro-credentials and Badges at the Institute for Performance and Learning

Everyone seems to be talking about micro-credentials and digital badges these days, as a way to upskill and reconnect our workforce in a post-COVID world.

Here’s a little-known fact: The Institute for Performance and Learning (I4PL) was an early adopter of this learning model in the Canadian association sector! Erin Spink, I4PL’s new executive director, will share innovative strategies for recognizing the institute’s CDTP and CTP professional certifications, ongoing professional development and even volunteer service with micro-credentials and digital badges.
