    What We Will Talk About

Leading with Agility in Remote and Hybrid Organizations

You’ve made it through the waves of the pandemic and know the importance of learning from the past 18months while also leading your organization into the future. What has gone well? What hasn’t? How do you know?

Leadership is challenging under the best circumstances and research has shown that traditional leadership strategies alone aren’t sufficient when working in distributed settings.

In this interactive session, we will explore an evidence-based framework to set you and your remote or hybrid organization up for success while also positioning you and your organization for the future.
