Facilitator

Over the past 20 years, Catarina has worked with mission-driven organizations and teams in Canada and internationally. Her consulting practice is rooted in academic and professional training in organization development and design, facilitation, governance, interim leadership and succession planning.

As a creative and innovative facilitator, she helps leaders and teams explore the difficult questions that help bring to the surface what is holding them back. Having trained and served as an interim Executive Director four times, she draws on this experience in managing leadership transitions and supporting clients through change. When not connecting the dots with clients, she is currently serving as a board chair for an environmental organization and learning how to paddle a canoe – not at the same time.
