    About the Speaker

    Paul McLoughlin has been a keen observer and analyst of Alberta politics since 1983 when he became a member of the Alberta Legislature Press Gallery.

    In 1993 he created Word of Mouth Communications, the centre of a broad-based journalism network that keeps subscribers up to date on relevant Alberta political developments through a service, Alberta Political Monitor, and a newsletter, Alberta Scan.

    Paul is long time broadcaster who can be heard Thursday mornings on CBC Radio in both Calgary and Edmonton talking about Alberta politics.
