    Boundaries are critical in honouring what really matters and in protecting mental health. In this environment of trying to recover from a pandemic, pushing past capacity to serve the many needs of stakeholders is no longer a suitable strategy for associations. Combating the fatigue from constant change requires renewed focus. This presentation will help you learn to set boundaries by determining what is actually yours to carry, and how to carry it. You will leave this presentation with a simple and effective boundary-forming framework to help you restore peace and purpose moving forward.

    About the Speaker

    Kimberly Lyall is a dynamic motivational speaker, facilitator and award-winning consultant who specializes in helping people and organizations develop resilience and excellence. She has drawn audiences around the world for more than 25 years, taking people on a journey about themselves and encouraging them to live to their greatest potential.

    Kimberly has extensive experience providing leadership, strategic planning, and organizational development throughout the non-profit sector. Her 15-year background in tourism and economic development in Southern Alberta was spent working with over 200 tourism stakeholders in 35 communities. Following a major crisis in her non-profit, membership-based organization, Kimberly rebuilt the association from the ground up and developed a successful model of sustainability. For the past 10 years, Kimberly has provided professional services for non-profits focused on social community development and culture. Her approach is to turn gaps into opportunities, and to transform ordinary projects into industry-leading initiatives.
