    What We Will Talk About

Focus Framework: Attention is Your Currency. How do You Spend it?

As leaders and knowledge workers your attention is pulled in many directions. You face digital distraction and decision fatigue every day. With so much competing for your brainpower, it’s crucial to have productive habits and a practical toolkit to ensure you can do the satisfying and impactful work you are meant to do.

In this highly interactive workshop, we’ll explore brain science and best practices to:

Understand the importance of attention and how to foster excellent focus habits.
Appreciate the cost of multitasking and how to move towards more productive mono-tasking.
Design your day to align your most important tasks with your peak energy for joyful momentum and excellent outcomes.

During the workshop, you will create your own personal Focus Framework, identifying 1-3 small but significant behaviour shifts to ensure fewer distractions and support more high-value work in your future.
