    What We Will Talk About

Setting up 2022 for success: How to reflect on the past year and set goals for the year ahead

It’s the time of year to make New Year’s resolutions, do their strategic planning, and set goals for the year ahead. 2021 was a tough year. Let’s make sure 2022 is better!

In order to move forward, you need to take the time to look back. Start your 2022 goal-setting with an annual reflection of 2021 so you can keep or create momentum, and not get stuck in the same ruts. Once you’ve learned all you can from the past, you have the building blocks to set actionable, achievable goals for the year ahead.

In this session you will learn:

    1. How to do an annual reflection
    2. How to use your annual reflection as the foundation for your goals
    3. How to set and actually achieve your goals
