CEO Roundtable Series
Association Executive Directors and CEOs have specific responsibilities and are sometimes isolated from other staff. Having access to a network of peers to talk to is often what bring these individuals to CSAE. The new CSAE Ottawa-Gatineau CEO Roundtable Series aim at addressing their specific needs by hosting events for association Executive Directors and CEOS made by association Executive Directors and CEOS.

Climate Change and Association Leadership in the New Decade
One year ago just before the COVID-19 lockdown, CSAE Ottawa-Gatineau held a popular session on the role associations can play to help their members address climate change. On the anniversary of that session, CSAE Ottawa-Gatineau is pleased to share the resources that were developed:
- Environment and Climate Change Canada’s (ECCC) presentation on climate change in slides you are welcome to use in presentations to your members
- ECCC’s slides they used at the session (note that the Federal Government has since updated its climate plan)
- Summary of the workshop and discussion including a climate change checklist for associations
- CSAE September 2020 article on the topic, which includes a link to additional resources
