Heather Whyte is the founder of WHY Communicate Inc., a Toronto-based strategy and marcom agency that helps association leaders elevate their organization’s value and impact in the highly competitive digital environment.

Heather has been a successful change leader for close to 40 years – starting her career as a top Canadian business journalist and then transitioning to building communications strategies for CIBC and Fidelity Investments Canada before embarking on 20+ year executive career at two professional associations, Canadian Professional Accountants of Canada and Ontario Dental Association.
