Erin Roberts

Erin Roberts is a Partner at Zzeem. Erin is a skilled and dynamic facilitator, and an expert in the business of membership associations.

In twenty years working with membership organizations, Erin has observed that the not-for-profit organization is a business and must be operated in a business-oriented manner to be sustainable. She has worked with a huge range of Canadian associations on projects ranging from merger facilitation and high-performance reviews to strategic planning, risk management and governance training.

Prior to cofounding Zzeem, Erin was a director in the securities industry working with senior corporate and government executives.

Following her unexpected success in achieving first class honours in Grade 9 algebra, Erin went on to earn a Master’s degree in Econometrics and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Erin works with association executives and decision-makers in a variety of areas specifically related to their business.

Erin’s passion is food; eating it, cooking it, looking at it, talking about it and, like Jiro, dreaming about it.
