Ashley Janssen

Ashley Janssen is co-founder and CEO of Code and Effect, a software consultancy that specializes in developing custom association management software (AMS) for professional, regulatory, and member associations. With 13+ years as an entrepreneur, Ashley brings a variety of experience in software discovery and development, process evaluation and creation, and organizational strategic planning. Ashley is active in her community as a Venture Mentoring Service (VMS) mentor and as a member of the Canadian Society of Association Executives (CSAE) Alberta Network Council. She was selected for the Avenue Magazine Top 40 Under 40 in 2017.
